Welcome to my wellness journey. Having faced anxiety and challenges it brings, I have discovered the transformative power of connecting the mind and body. As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with specialized training in restorative yoga, Reiki, cacao ceremonies, and sound frequency, I am committed to creating a space for women to reconnect, discover true selves, and flourish. As a mother of two, I deeply understand the importance of prioritizing our inner well-being and am here to guide you on your path to balance and growth.
