Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Thank you for choosing our offerings. To ensure fairness for all guest, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following policies: Booking Policy: *All services must be booked in advance. *Deposit Payment is required at time of booking to secure your appointment session/spot. * You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Cancellation Policy *Cancellation made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. * Cancellation made less than 24 hours before session, or no shows, are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy * You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. * No rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment. Late Arrivals * Please arrive 10 minutes early. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the appointment time without refund.
